​Anthony B. Varni

​Anthony is a graduate of the Santa Clara Law School and has practiced law in Northern California since 1964.
 

With more than 40 years of experience in real estate, land use, civil litigation, business law and estate planning, He is a recognized authority in the areas of land use, municipal solid waste disposal and condemnation.
 

He is a founding partner of Varni, Fraser, Hartwell & Rodgers established in 1971.
 

Anthony is a soft-spoken, experienced eminent domain litigator recognized by his peers for excellent results in state and federal trial and appellate Courts.
 

As a land use lawyer, he has coordinated the rezoning, planning, approval, construction, and sale of in excess of 10,000 residential units throughout Northern California.  
 

Anthony lives in Castro Valley.
