Jonathan D. Adams

Prior to receiving his degree from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 1976, Dan served as an officer in the United States Air Force after graduation from California State University at Los Angeles.

 

He currently serves as District Legal Counsel for the Mt. View Sanitary District, a position he has held since 2005.

 

Turner Huguet Adams & Farr’s Managing Partner, Dan has more than 45 years of civil litigation experience handling diverse litigation matters.

 

In addition to governmental law, he has extensive knowledge in issues related to risk management, insurance coverage and casualty claims. He is thoroughly familiar with provisions of the Brown Act, Public Records Act and Fair Political Practices Act, as well as provisions of the California Government, Health and Safety and Public Contract Codes.
